Program Director
Camp Luz is seeking a leader who is passionate about seeing people growing in their faith in Jesus Christ to serve as Program Director. Use your skills and experience to make a difference in the lives of hundreds of children, young adults, and families.
The Program Director takes the lead in planning, implementation, and evaluation of all Camp Luz programs and is directly accountable to the Camp Director. This key leader must be able to work independently and in coordination with members of the year-round team. They provide direct oversight to the majority of the summer staff team.
The right candidate should be living out a mature Christian faith in fellowship with other believers. They are an excellent communicator and able to set priorities, adapt to change, and take responsibility for their assignments. A full job description can be found at below.
In addition to a base salary (based on education and experience), Camp Luz employees enjoy a benefits package which includes health and life insurance, retirement contribution, paid vacation, and more. Flexible schedule and partial work-from-home may be available seasonally, if desired.

Camp Luz has been providing Christian summer camp and retreat opportunities in rural Wayne County Ohio for the past 70 years. They are members of the Christian Camp and Conference Association (CCCA) and the Mennonite Camp Association (MCA).

Seasonal
Summer Camp Staff
The Summer Staff team serve in various roles which are critical to the success of the summer camp program. These volunteers receive a stipend for their service, room & board while serving, and may be eligible to receive a $1,000 scholarship for their service. Lifeguard
Lifeguards provide a critical safety role for all pool activities for the summer camp program, swim lessons, and guest groups. Certification required; training may be available for qualified candidates. Flexible scheduling allows lifeguards to select which shifts they are willing to work. Available hours vary based on pool usage.
