Camp On the Road

We are always looking to connect with churches, schools, and youth groups all across Ohio. If you are interested in having us come lead a Bible Study, Sunday morning or evening "Campfire Service", or just hang out and talk about camp let us know. We are willing to travel and love to interact with people and share the Love of God and our passion for Camping Ministry.

We are currently booking speaking engagements for spring 2009.

Our Speakers:

Deb Horst, Camp Director
Deb Has been involved in the ministry at Luz for many years now as summer staff, pastor, program director and now as Camp Director. She has served as Camp Director since November 2001. She is married and has 3 children. Deb is currently working on her masters at Ashland Seminary. Deb is available to speak for Sunday mornings, Bible studies, retreats, and women's groups.

Andrew Michaels, Program Director
Andrew has been the program director at Camp Luz since May 2005. Before joining year-round staff he served several years on summer staff. He has a degree in Camping Recreation and Outdoor Ministries from Eastern Mennonite University. Andrew is married and has a beautiful baby girl. Andrew is available to speak for Sunday mornings, Bible studies, retreats, men's groups, and youth events.
